Alec is that one guy from that one hentai manga with the extremely long title, which randomly got promoted with an unnecessarily well-animated PV, and subsequently took the internet by storm a while back. The official summation of his character is as follows:
A young assassin(?) who lives in the kingdom.
His behavior and emotional state are erratic.
His appearance belies his childish personality.
He kills without hesitation, and will do anything to satisfy his own desires.
His voice can be heard in the PV which is here (SFW censored version)

Detailed description: Alec has a bit of a babyface but a masculine body. He's extremely fit with well-defined muscles and kind of a twunk; on the border between buff and lithe. He's got sharp fang-like canine teeth. He wears two small stud earring in each of his ears. His thumb, index and middle fingers are painted black like so. There's a tattoo of a triangle below his left eye, that matches the color of his hair. He also has a large body tattoo that starts at his back, goes up over to the front of his left shoulder, and reaches down to somewhere around the end of his ribcage.

Age: Vaguely implied to be a young teenager. But my (flexible) default is to make him 18.

Alec has had a ton of sex, but has never had a real romantic relationship before. It's not something he's avoiding per se- more like something he doesn't exactly understand at this point in his life. Anyone who (for some reason) wants to get with him romantically might be waiting a long time for him to realize that he feels anything but lust for them. However, even if he doesn't love someone, that doesn't stop him from becoming possessive if he arbitrarily decides that someone "belongs" to him. Usually he is okay with getting rejected by someone if he has little or no interest in them. But if he does have interest in a person- even if it's only interest in how useful they are to him- Alec will do anything to satisfy his sexual urges; even if it means guilt-tripping or blackmailing someone into it. Alec genuinely sees nothing wrong with the way that he uses people for his own needs/desires. However, once he does feel himself growing closer to someone, he can become someone who is more considerate of their feelings, and will start to do more to respect their wishes. He'll still continue to be an insufferable brat who usually does whatever he wants regardless of the consequences, though.
OOCly, I typically prefer m/m pairings. ICly, Alec primarily has experience and interest in women.
When it comes to "roles", Alec will always default to assuming himself to be the top, no matter how much bigger or older his partner is. He might be short but he's got a big dick and he likes to use it. If someone wants to top him, they'll have to "prove" themselves capable of doing so. OOCly, I have no preference either way for top/bottom or dom/sub Alec.
As for pairings, TBH I don't really ship Alec with the MC of his manga much at all, the dynamic of helpless ditz/psycho yandere is a bit dull to me... However I DO ship Alec with his subordinate, who he creatively calls "Mr. Subordinate", because that kind of ship dynamic is my fucking jam! My headcanon is that Alec casually uses the begrudging-but-compliant Mr. Subordinate to satisfy himself sexually whenever he can't find a woman he's willing to sleep with, since he doesn't like using prostitutes.
